Meeting the Gold Standard

Managing Director Chris Stock shares some facts and feedback about the Inforlogic team, and explains how being an Infor Gold Channel Partner is bringing best practice and value for customers.
Since launching Inforlogic back in 2013, we’ve been trusted by nearly 100 customers to implement, upgrade, support and develop their Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) systems. The last few years have seen our team expand significantly, and supported by a newly established leadership team, we have a fantastic mix of people working across operations; project management; functional consultancy; technical consultancy; solutions; and support.
It’s rare for a week to go by without a customer praising one of these team members or saying thank you because someone has gone above and beyond on a project or query. And because we hear it consistently, we are perhaps ever so slightly guilty of taking it for granted.
This thought prompted me to post a bit of a shout out to the brilliant people we have here at Inforlogic and highlight some of the steps we’re taking to build on this as we enter a new growth phase.
Extensive experience in both manufacturing and ERP is a big one, and the reason many of our customers choose us.
The team have spent, collectively, 160 years working in the world of ERP, and the majority of our consultants have come from business backgrounds where they’ve been users of SyteLine.
Not only does this bring real-world insight and empathy when working on projects, it ensures that they’re talking the same language and on the same page from the outset. There’s not much that the team haven’t seen, experienced, overcome or helped improve, which in turn ensures projects typically come in on time, within budget, and deliver value quickly.
Complementing this experience is the range of certifications and accreditations we hold across our 20 team members. We’re incredibly proud to be an Infor Gold Channel Partner for SyteLine in the UK.

A key benefit of these certifications is that customers know they are working with a specialist and experienced consultant who has the necessary skillset to support their requirements. Beyond this, working with an official Infor partner not only means having access to people with all of the latest and most relevant certifications, but access to key Infor sites, and the ability to co-sell licences in conjunction with them. The model also provides a direct line of communication into Infor’s wider development and support teams, where any issues or product suggestions can be communicated.
