Northern-Ireland-based soft drinks manufacturer streamlines and scales with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine).
Inforlogic announced today that leading Northern-Ireland-based soft drinks manufacturer, Norbev, has gone live with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) alongside Infor Factory Track and Document Management. Supporting a digital transformation strategy, the platform has streamlined all core business processes, from Financial Management to Scheduling, Quality Control, Inventory and Plant Maintenance, with business intelligence (BI) and artificial intelligence (AI) built in as standard to support scale.
Selected based on its deep, last-mile manufacturing capability, coupled with an innovative cloud technology platform built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to meet evolving requirements, Norbev went live following a six-month deployment that came in 20% under budget and ahead of plan.

Infor Campus, combined with Process Intelligence, was hugely helpful in establishing and following a methodology designed around designated process flows and steps. And combined with our strong in-house skills and the Inforlogic team’s expertise, the project was delivered well before the anticipated go-live date, and 20% under budget under time, which is pretty much unheard of in this industry.

In Infor OS, the platform upon which Infor CloudSuite Industrial is built, Norbev has future-proof capabilities at its helm, allowing the team to focus 100% of their efforts on the future growth of the business without system distractions, and the beverage leader is already seeing value. Raw material costs, for example, represent an ongoing challenge, and though no digital platform in the world can change price volatility, Infor CloudSuite Industrial manages stock levels efficiently to ensure customer demand is met, while minimising excess stock and waste.
In parallel, Infor Factory Track facilitates superior shop floor visibility to see where a job is and how long it will take to fruition, while Document Management expedites AP Automation. Invoices are automatically scanned, stored, and processed, bringing rigour, speed, and accuracy to this notoriously convoluted field. Looking ahead, APS will support more granular workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks on the shop floor, while Norbev anticipates improved procurement processes through the system’s ability to support, streamline, and improve visibility of suppliers.
