Chris Stock, managing director, Inforlogic, reflects on the last 12 months and looks ahead to a successful new year.
The start of a new year always brings with it reflection and resolution, and in what has been yet another eventful and tumultuous year across the world, 2023 is likely to be remembered in the history books as the year in which WHO declared the COVID pandemic was officially over.
But of course, the resulting changes in the way we live, and the speed at which digitalisation has been embraced to support this, are very much with us as we move into 2024.
2023 was a landmark year for Inforlogic as we celebrated a decade of being in business. We took the opportunity to celebrate by getting the whole team together for an afternoon of darts, followed by a fantastic meal at The Ivy in Manchester.
Not only did we celebrate 10 years of Inforlogic, 2023 saw continued growth in our key areas. Our turnover increased by a third and we delivered a record number of projects, recruiting new talent along the way, and increasing our headcount significantly.
We have invested further in our Inforlogic helpdesk which continues to prove exceptionally popular, supporting customers day to day, and adding value to help them maximise their investment in the solution.
Our relationship with Infor also went from strength to strength in 2023, compounding our status as their number one partner in the UK for new SyteLine/Infor CloudSuite Industrial deployments, upgrades, and projects.
And as cloud continues to be synonymous with business success, we are very much enjoying onboarding more new customers to the Infor AWS Cloud.
In fact, most of our customers are now opting for Infor AWS cloud as their preferred deployment option, as scale, agility, flexibility and reduced risk become increasingly difficult to ignore as benefits.
Looking to the year ahead, we are looking forward to building on the successes we have seen in the last 12 months. In particular, we are incredibly excited to help our customers to pursue their cloud journeys, transform, digitalise and instil the agility necessary to react to change and scale in the years ahead.
